Since 2002, Side By Side has been providing caring and compassionate support to children and adults with developmental disabilities. The individuals we support live in their community and receive staffing assistance to be as independent and successful as possible.

We believe that all people should be treated with dignity and respect, and we are dedicated to honoring choices, lifestyles, and personal preferences. Every person should be treated as an individual possessing his/her own personal needs and desires.
